Chris's parents just came out for a visit. This is their 5th time to the US, so they have already seen quite a few things, but we found some new things to do. We went to the Strybing Botanical Gardens in Golden Gate Park. We also went and looked at the bison in the park. Did you know they have bison in Golden Gate Park? Chris told me this a few years ago and I did not believe him. But it's true.

We also went Point Reyes, one of my favorite places. We visited the historic lighthouse and went down (and back up) the 300 steps. We went for a walk at Coyote Point and saw the planes landing at SFO.

We took a train trip at Roaring Camp Railroad and rode the Beach Train from the Santa Cruz mountains to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I highly recommend it.

All in all a very nice visit.
