Recently we've been watching The Office on BBC America. It's a psuedo docudrama about people who work near London in a paper products office. It's pretty funny.

I can't think of anything very funny on American TV right now. Well, except the Simpsons. I've seen a few episode of Malcolm and the Middle, which was kind of amusing, but not enough to make me watch every week.

What's up with that? Why is it so hard to write funny stuff?
