Lecture Circuit

Last night my friend Ann (and former co-worker) and I gave a lecture at UC Berkeley's School of Information. The talk was called "Call Center Speech Applications: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".

We met Bob Glushko, an adjunct professor, at a UCSD Cognitive Science alumni event he hosted last year. He invited us to speak at his Service Sciences course (scroll down to see our talk description on the 24th). It was a great opportunity and we really enjoyed it. His class was very attentive and asked great questions.
